PRINCIPAL DESIGNER + FOUNDER: CYNTHIA LEPORE

As an award-winning Designer, with over 18 years of experience in interior design, I've had the opportunity to work in industries such as retail, hospitality, restaurants, grocery, non-profits, and home furnishings. I currently specialize in Design Directorial roles comprising of commercial spaces with an affinity for consumer psychology, sustainability, trendsetting, team leadership, merchandising, technology, and marketing. My philosophy is that good design should be simple and effective, enticing and welcoming, a reflection of the client and their message. Exceeding the client's and their customer's expectations builds lifelong relationships full circle.

When I’m not doing design, you’ll probably find me researching my next travel destination, coordinating group activities with friends, or exploring new (and familiar!) cities by walking around until a local shop, bar or restaurant inspires me to drop in.
